The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its 232nd Board Meeting held on Monday, 28 September 2026 at 4:00 pm through Hybrid system, has approved an additional equity investment of BDT 600 million in ACI CO-RO BANGLADESH LTD., an existing Joint Venture of the Company. The said investment will be made subject to the approval of the concerned regulatory authority.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 28 July 2026 approved the formation of a new subsidiary company under the title of "ACI Global Scientific Standards Limited" having an authorized capital of BDT 50 (Fifty) Crore and a paid up capital of BDT 3 (Three) Crore wherein Advanced Chemical Industries PLC shall hold 85% shares, subject to the approval of the concerned authorities.

The Board of Directors of the Company, at its 230th Board meeting held on 14 July 2026 has approved an investment of BDT 700 Crore in ACI Logistics Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The investment will be made through the subscription of 7,000,000 (Seven Million) Convertible Preference Shares of BDT 1,000/- (BDT One Thousand) each, to be issued by ACI Logistics Limited. The investment will be made on or before 15 October 2026, subject to the approval of the concerned authorities.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 29 April 2026 approved the formation of a joint-venture company under the title of "Deli ACI Bangladesh Limited" having an authorized capital of BDT 100 (One Hundred) Crore and a paid up capital of BDT 27 (Twenty-Seven) Crore wherein Advanced Chemical Industries PLC shall hold 50% shares, subject to the approval of the concerned authority.

(Continuation news of ACI): On the other hand, cost of borrowing increased due to additional funding for working capital and strategic investments for supporting business growth. Overall, the consolidated EPS was Taka (4.18) during the period against Taka (9.11) of SPLY.
