The Company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 26 October 2026 has approved the revaluation of Property, Plant & Equipment (Except Furniture & Fixture) of The ACME Laboratories Ltd. conducted by an Independent valuer M/s. M M Rahman & Co., Chartered Accountants. Due to revaluation, as at 30 June 2026, value of Property, Plant & Equipment has increased by a net of BDT 803,193,206 (value appreciated by BDT 812,869,698 and value impaired by BDT (9,676,492)). The Revaluation surplus has been duly accounted for in the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2026.

The Board of Directors has recommended 40% Cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2026. Date of AGM: 22.12.2026, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: Digital Platform. Record Date: 18.11.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 12.65, NAV per share of Tk. 139.37 and NOCFPS of Tk. 20.19 for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against Tk. 11.48, Tk. 126.37 and Tk. 15.02 (restated) respectively for the year ended June 30, 2025.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (27.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026

The Company has informed that Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Sponsor Director and Managing Director of the company, passed away on May 16, 2026. His holding of 8,574,000 shares of the Company will be transmitted to his nominees by way of nomination as follows: Ms. Tasneem Sinha, daughter of late Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha and Deputy Managing Director of the Company will receive 4,287,000 shares. Mr. Tanveer Sinha, son of late Mr. Mizanur Rahman Sinha and Director of the Company will receive 4,287,000 shares.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 3.30 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.81 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 9.40 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 8.28 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 19.78 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 7.76 (restated) for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 132.27 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 126.37 as on June 30, 2025. Net operating cash flow per share has been increased due to higher sales collections and lower procurement of materials. In addition, finance cost has been decreased while Inventory levels-including materials in transit has also been decreased.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Ms. Parveen Akhter Khanam, Sponsor of the company, has expressed her intention to transfer 740,000 shares of the company to her son Mr. Ansar Uddin Sinha (General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within thirty working days with effect from March 15, 2026.
