As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.25 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.16 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.82 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.08 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.29 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.26 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 17.52 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 16.95 as on June 30, 2025. EPS for the period July 2025 to March 2026 has decreased compared to the same period last year which is primarily attributable to a significant increase in operating expenses. Net Operating Cash Flow Per Share (NOCFPS) increased compared to period of the previous year ((July 2024 to March 2025), mainly due to improved collection of revenue and receivables.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 26, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Marufa Ismat as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.23 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.60 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.57 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.92 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.87 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.06 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 17.27 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 16.95 as on June 30, 2025. Reason for deviation: In the current period, EPS declined as a result of elevated operating expenses linked to the launch of a new business segment. NOCFPS fell during this period, driven chiefly by a reduction in suppliers' payables and rising operating expenses. The decrease in payables stems from settling debts carried over from the prior period, which consequently lowered cash flows generated from operating activities.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 27, 2026 at 6:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.
