As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2026 at 2:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 17-Oct-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 15-Oct-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 12.10.2026 to 14.10.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 15.10.2026.

The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide their letter dated September 30, 2026 has accorded its consent to the company for raising of capital through issuance of AIBPLC 5th Subordinated Bond amounting to BDT 500.00 crore only through private placement in cash consideration. The consent has been accorded subject to compliance of relevant laws and regulatory requirements as per BSEC (Debt Securities) Rules, 2021 and also adherence to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. The purpose of the issue is to strengthen the capital base of the Bank.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.07.2026 regarding postponement of 31st AGM, the company has further informed the revised schedule of the 31st AGM is as follows: Date of AGM: November 09, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at KGC Banquet Hall, Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka. The mode of the AGM shall be determined at a later stage and will be duly notified to the honorable shareholders in due course. The Board of Directors has re-fixed the Record date on October 15, 2026 as per permission of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.72 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.78 for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.86 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.83 for January-June 2025. Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-3" for short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2025 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Badiur Rahman as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company with immediate effect.
