There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (29.09.2026) following its corporate declaration.

The Board of Directors has recommended 3% Cash Dividend to General Shareholders except Directors and Sponsors for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Sponsors and Directors hold 1,756,454 shares out of a total 76,24,643 shares of the company, and the Cash Dividend payable to the General Shareholders is Tk. 1,760,378. Date of AGM: 12.11.2026, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Hybrid Platform (Chuadanga). Record Date: 19.10.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 0.24, NAV per share of Tk. 21.10 and NOCFPS of Tk. (0.52) for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against Tk. 0.28, Tk. 21.02 and Tk. 0.38 respectively for the year ended June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.03 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.05 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.15 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.20 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (0.24) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. (0.24) for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 21.17 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 21.02 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.
