As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has given consent vide letter dated September 30, 2026, to issue Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Fully Redeemable, Floating Rate Bank Asia Sustainable Subordinated Bond amounting to BDT 800.00 crore (Eight Hundred Crore Taka) with a face value of BDT 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Taka) per bond and a tenure of 07 years through private placement. The proceeds will be used for strengthening of Tier-II Capital in accordance with the requirements of Basel-III and to finance eligible sustainable initiatives.

Mr. Rumee A Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the Company has completed his sale of 1,063,000 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) as per declaration disseminated on 06.07.2026.

The company has informed that the authorized share capital of the company has been enhanced from Tk. 15,000,000,000.00 (Taka one thousand five hundred crore) divided into 1,500,000,000 (one hundred fifty crore) ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 (Taka ten) each to Tk. 30,000,000,000.00 (Taka three thousand crore) divided into 3000,000,000 (three hundred crore) ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 (Taka ten) each and duly approved and certified by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). Consequent to this enhancement, the relevant clauses/articles of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Bank Asia PLC. (specifically Clause-V of the Memorandum of Association and Article No-6 of the Articles of Association) have been duly amended, approved, and certified by the RJSC.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.86 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.91 (restated) for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.77 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 2.11(restated) for January-June 2025; Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 48.77 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 37.60 (restated) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 26.92 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 25.27 (restated) as on December 31, 2025. (Continuation news of BANKASIA): Reasons for Deviation: Due to increase in interest expenses compared to interest income and decrease in investment income, commission, exchange and brokerage income resulted decreased in EPS. NOCFPS increased due to cash inflow by way of increase in deposit and borrowings. NAV improved mainly due to growth in shareholders' equity, driven by increase in paid-up capital and statutory reserves along with transfer of startup fund from other liabilities.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Mr. Rumee A Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the Company has expressed his intention to sell 1,063,000 shares out of his total holding of 39,318,455 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Public Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within next 30 working days.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2025 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
