As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 5:45 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

In response to the DSE query dated August 11, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in trading volume of shares.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Nasim Ahmed Chowdhury as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.76 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.26 for January-March 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.87 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.29 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (0.40) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.37 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 23.50 as on March 31, 2026, and Tk. 22.63 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for significant deviation: Consolidated EPS has increased significantly due to a significant increase in income earned from Associates companies. Consolidated NOCFPS has decreased due to higher payments made to suppliers by the subsidiary companies during the period, compared to the same period of the previous year.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 5:45 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (0.07) for October-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.09) for October-December 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.11 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.04 for July-December 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (0.88) for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 2.16 for July-December 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 22.74 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 22.63 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviations: Consolidated EPS has increased significantly due to a significant increase in income earned from Associates companies. Consolidated NOCFPS has decreased due to decrease of collection from customer compared than same period to the earlier year of its own as well as increase of payment to suppliers of its subsidiary company.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2026 at 5:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AA3" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The auditor of the company has given the Qualified Opinion, Emphasis of Matter, Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern, and Other matter in the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended June 30, 2025.
