Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 11-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 10-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 04.08.2026 to 09.08.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 10.08.2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (0.17) for April-June 2026 as against Tk. (1.25) for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. (1.59) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (3.02) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (1.96) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (1.77) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. (21.24) as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. (19.65) as on December 31, 2025.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on July 27, 2026 at 3:30 pm instead of earlier declared July 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.07.2026 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the schedule of the AGM has been revised and brought forward. The AGM will now be held on September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM instead of the previously announced date of September 27, 2026 at 11: 00 PM. All other information relating to the AGM shall remain unchanged.
