As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Alpha Credit Rating PLC. has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statement as on December 31, 2025 and relevant qualitative information till June 27, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 02.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 01.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 21.05.2026 to 24.05.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 01.06.2026.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.04.2026, the company has further informed that due to declaration of 25 May 2026 as a public holiday by the Government of Bangladesh, the Record Date of the company has been changed from 25 May 2026 to 01 June 2026 in line with Clause 23 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.
