The company has informed that Mr. Anindya Sarkar FCS has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01.09.2026.

The Company has informed that Mr. Md. Emroj Hossain will hold the Current Charge of the responsibilities of Company Secretary of the company with effect from July 01, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

NOCFPS was Tk. 6.57 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 6.38 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 32.32 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 28.86 as on June 30, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.
