(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.12 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.12 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.44 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.42 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.31 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.21 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 26.32 as on March 31, 2026, and Tk. 26.12 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AA2" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), bank liability as on 08/12/2025 and other information up to the date of rating declaration.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to shift the venue of the 23rd AGM to "Bengal Square, 437, Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208" from "Bengal Multimedia Studio, 95/A, Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208." It is to be noted that date and time of the AGM will remain unchanged.
