ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) rating of the Company as "AAA" for long term and "ST-1" for short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of financials of the company up to December 31, 2025 (audited), Q2FY26 (un-audited) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.55 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.56 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.24 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.23 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.52 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.66 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 22.05 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 20.16 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 12, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 23.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.05.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 19.05.2026 to 20.05.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.05.2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.69 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.67 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.40 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.39 for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 20.31 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 19.78 as on March 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 13, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.
