Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 25.06.2026 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 15.07.2026, has decided that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on 21.09.2026 at 10:00 AM using a Hybrid System (physical presence at the AGM venue & virtually through a Digital Platform) at Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB Bhaban), Social Garden-501, 160/A, Kakrail VIP Road, Dhaka.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 02-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 30-Jul-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 27.07.2026 to 29.07.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 30.07.2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (1.45) for April - June 2026 as against Tk. (1.47) for April - June 2025; EPS was Tk. (3.26) for January - June 2026 as against Tk. (3.12) for January - June 2025; NOCFPS was Tk. (0.06) for January - June 2026 as against Tk. (0.05) for January - June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. (136.84) as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. (133.58) as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 15, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Refer to their earlier news of Q1 Financials disseminated by DSE on 25.06.2026, the company has informed that there was an error in the reported NOCFPS figure in the PSI. The correct NOCFPS for January-March 2026 is Tk. 0.02 instead of Tk. (0.02). Other information will remain unchanged.

The Board of Directors has recommended No Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025. Date, Time and Venue of AGM: To be notified later. Record Date: 30.07.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. (7.38), NAV per share of Tk. (133.58) and NOCFPS of Tk. (0.03) for the year ended December 31, 2025 as against Tk. (6.66), Tk. (126.11) and Tk. (0.01) respectively for the year ended December 31, 2024.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (25.06.2026) following its corporate declaration.
