The company has informed that by order of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Commodore Fazlar Rahman, (C), BSP, ndc, psc, BN, assumed the office of Managing Director of the Company on August 10, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 4.18 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.95 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 13.11 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 14.38 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 16.80 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 19.58 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 115.45 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 104.84 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for Deviation: (Continuation news of BSC): The company's revenue for 3rd quarter of the financial year 2025-26 decreased compared to the previous year due to the decrease in FDR interest income. In this context, EPS decreased compared to the previous year. Moreover, NAVPS for 31st March 2026 increased due to increase in Retained Earnings and NOCFPS decreased due to interest payment and increased payment of suppliers during that time.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 07, 2026 at 2:035 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 3.79 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 3.52 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 8.93 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 9.35 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 11.85 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 20.10 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 111.27 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 104.84 as on June 30, 2025. BSC's revenue for 2nd quarter of the financial year 2025-26 increased compared to the previous year due to the increase in freight rate in the international shipping sector. In this context, BSC's net earnings per share increased compared to the previous year. Moreover, Net Asset Value Per Share (NAV) for 31st December 2025 increased due to increase in Retained Earnings and Net Operating Cash Flow Per Share (NOCFPS) decreased due to increased payment of suppliers during that time.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 08, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.
