The Board of Directors has recommended 60.00% Cash Dividend for the year ended 30-Jun-2026. Date of AGM: 17-Dec-2026, Time: 10:30 AM, Venue: Digital Platform. Record Date: 15-Nov-2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 19.03, NAV per share of Tk. 106.36 and NOCFPS of Tk. 24.46 for the year ended 30-Jun-2026 as against EPS of Tk. 13.77, NAV per share of Tk. 90.52 and NOCFPS of Tk. 45.02 (Restated) for the year ended 30-Jun-2025.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (15.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 6.35 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.45 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 11.49 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 9.12 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 28.89 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 23.75 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 97.36 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 90.52 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 2:15 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 2.54 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 2.41 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 5.14 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 4.67 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 10.71 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 15.61 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 90.48 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 90.52 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: NOCFPS decrease because of higher payments to suppliers and an increase in credit sales during the period.
