(Q3 Un-audited): As per life revenue account of the company for July to September, 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) was BDT 62.66 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) of BDT 10.06 million in the corresponding previous period of 2025. Whereas as per life revenue account of the company for January to September, 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) was BDT 93.24 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) of BDT 79.92 million in the corresponding previous period of 2025. Accordingly, Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT 859.87 million as on September 30, 2026 as against BDT 703.67 million as on September 30, 2025 resulting a net increase of BDT 156.19 million. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.84 as on September 30, 2026 and Tk. 1.97 as on September 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 17, 2026 at 5:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): As per life revenue account of the company for April to June, 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) was BDT 16.82 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) of BDT 41.35 million in the corresponding previous period of 2025. Whereas as per life revenue account of the company for January to June, 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) (Continuation news of CLICL): was BDT 30.58 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) of BDT 69.85 million in the corresponding previous period of 2025. Accordingly, Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT 791.91 million as on June 30, 2026 as against BDT 707.83 million as on June 30, 2025 resulting a net increase of BDT 84.07 million. NOCFPS was Tk. (0.46) as on June 30, 2026 as against Tk. 2.12 as on June 30, 2025.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on July 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm instead of earlier declared July 27, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Alpha Credit Rating PLC. has assigned Initial rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statement up to December 31, 2025 and relevant qualitative information till July 22, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 23.07.2026.
