Alpha Credit Rating PLC. has assigned Initial rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statement up to December 31, 2025 and relevant qualitative information till July 22, 2026.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Mohammed Amdad Ullah as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company with effect from July 01, 2026 subject to the approval from the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA).
