(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.91 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.03 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.70 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 3.56 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 19.49 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 17.16 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 62.28 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 62.66 as on June 30, 2025.

Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, a Sponsor Director of the Company, has completed his transfer of 1,40,00,000 shares to his wife Mrs. Masuma Begum (17,50,000 shares), daughter Mrs. Sadman Syka Sefa (40,83,333 shares) and son Mr. Salehin Musfique Sadaf (81,66,667 shares), all are General Shareholders of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system through Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) as per declaration disseminated on 16.04.2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Mr. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, a Sponsor Director of the Company, has reported his intention to transfer 1,40,00,000 shares out of his holding of 1,85,24,925 shares to his wife Mrs. Masuma Begum (17,50,000 shares), daughter Mrs. Sadman Syka Sefa (40,83,333 shares) and son Mr. Salehin Musfique Sadaf (81,66,667 shares), all are General Shareholders of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2026 from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Entity rating of the Company as "AA1" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on Audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), and other relevant qualitative and quantitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
