(Q3 Un-audited): As per consolidated life revenue account of the company for July to September 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (Surplus) was BDT 78.67 million as against excess of total expenses including claims over total income (Surplus) of BDT 467.05 million in the corresponding previous period 2025. Whereas as per consolidated life revenue account of the company for January to September 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (Continuation news of DELTALIFE): (Surplus) was BDT 1,925.97 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (Surplus) of BDT 1,882.45 million in the corresponding previous period 2025. Accordingly, Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT 42,987.01 million as on September 30, 2026 as against BDT 41,017.80 million as on September 30, 2025 resulting a net increase of BDT 1,969.21 million.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 15, 2026 at 5:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): As per consolidated life revenue account of the company for the half yearly ended June 30, 2026: Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT 42,920.40 million as on June 30, 2026 as against BDT 40,472.78 million as on June 30, 2025. Net premium was BDT 2,597.87 million during April-June 2026 as against BDT 2,451.78 million during April-June 2025. Net premium was BDT 4,866.93 million during January-June 2026 as against BDT 4,391.82 million during January-June 2025. Total expenses were BDT 2,821.13 million during April-June 2026 as against BDT 2,568.03 million during April-June 2025. Total expenses were BDT 5,022.60 million during January-June 2026 as against BDT 4,813.07 million during January-June 2025.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 30, 2026 at 4:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): As per consolidated life revenue account of the company for the 1st Quarter ended on March 31, 2026: Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT 41,996.76 million as on March 31, 2026 as against BDT 39,560.76 million as on March 31, 2025. Net premium was BDT 2,269.05 million during January-March 2026 as against BDT 1,983.03 million during January-March 2025. Total expenses were BDT 2,201.47 million during January-March 2026 as against BDT 2,288.05 million during January-March 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on June 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.
