The company has further informed the following: Number of shares held by Sponsor Shareholder (DPDC): 26,89,88,757 shares. Cash dividend payable to General Shareholders: BDT 6,42,90,524.

The Board of Directors has recommended 5% Cash Dividend (i.e. Tk. 0.50 for ordinary share of Tk. 10 each for the ordinary shareholders except sponsor shareholder) for the year ended June 30, 2026. As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The company has informed that Engr. S. M. Shah Sultan has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01.02.2026.

The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), vide its letter dated 31.08.2026 has accorded its consent for issuance of 4,59,00,000 (Four Crore and Fifty-Nine Lac) number of Irredeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares of Tk. 10 each amounting total Tk. 45,90,00,000 (Forty-Five Crore and Ninety Lac) in favor of Government of Bangladesh represented by Secretary, Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources against GOB equity.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 4:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned rating of the Company as "A-" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 also unaudited financial up to September 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
