Mr. Moshfeque Mamun Rizvi, a Sponsor of the Company has completed his sale of 250,451 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) as per declaration disseminated on 24.06.2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.35 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.04 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.49 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.09 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.21 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (0.14) for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 11.84 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 11.35 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 08.07.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 07.07.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 05.07.2026 to 06.07.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 07.07.2026.

Alpha Credit Rating PLC. has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and relevant qualitative information till June 23, 2026.
