As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

In response to the DSE query today i.e., July 14, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in trading volume of shares.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.08 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.39 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.28 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.48 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.82 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. (4.60) for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 156.98 as on March 31, 2026, and Tk. 157.02 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for significant deviation: During the period EPS decreased due to increase in COGS. NOCFPS increased due to increase in collection and decrease in payments.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

WASO Credit Rating Company (BD) Ltd. has assigned the Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A" for long term and "ST 3" for short term along with Stable outlook based on updated audited financial statement of FY 2025 (30.06.2025), unaudited financial statement of Q1 & Q2 of FY 2026 and other relevant qualitative and quantitative information.

The Company has been placed in 'B' category from existing 'Z' category with effect from today i.e., March 04, 2026 as the Company has reported disbursement of 3% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.18 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.002) for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.23 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.09 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.12 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.17) for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 157.12 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 157.02 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviations: EPS has been increased in current period ended December 31, 2025 in comparison to same period of the previous due to increased turnover and control expenses. NOCFPS has been increased due to the turnover increased and expenses control.

The Stock Brokers and Merchant Bankers are requested to abstain from providing loan facilities to purchase securities of Desh Garments Ltd. with effect from January 28, 2026 as per Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Margin) Rules, 2025.

The Company will be placed in 'Z' category from existing 'B' category with effect from January 28, 2026 as per provision 1(e) of BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/77, dated May 20, 2024 regarding non-disbursement of the approved dividend within the stipulated time frame.
