The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

In response to the DSE query today i.e., July 21, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike of shares.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.09) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.02 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.20 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.24 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. (0.23) for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.26 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. (39.87) as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. (39.83) as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company did not submit the Dividend Distribution Compliance Report as per clause no. 6 of BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2021-386/03 dated January 14, 2021 and Regulation 29 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 in connection with disbursement of the declared dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025. However, Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has issued a query letter to the company in this regard.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.04 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.02 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.29 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.23 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.33 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.37 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. (39.54) as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. (39.83) as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.12.2025 regarding Postponement of AGM, the company has further informed that the AGM of the company will be held on 29.12.2025 at 11:00 AM. The AGM will be held through Hybrid System in combination of Physical presence at Anchor Tower (5th floor), 108, Bir Uttam C. R.
