As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.18 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.07 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.81 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.69 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.17 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.75 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 52.57 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 49.63 as on December 31, 2025. Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 14.06.2026 to 15.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 16.06.2026.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.74 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.63 for January-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.95 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. (0.06) for January-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 50.71 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 49.63 as on December 31, 2025. During the period, EPS increased due to driven by higher business and investment income. NOCFPS increased due to increase in operating income.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 13, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Board of Directors has recommended 15% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025. Date of AGM: July 14, 2026 at 11:30 am, Venue: Virtually by using Digital Platform. The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk. 2.88, consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 50.13 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 2.33 for the year ended December 31, 2025 as against Tk. 2.43, Tk. 50.63 and Tk. 1.58 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2024. There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (03.05.2026) following its corporate declaration.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.
