As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the company as "AAA" in the long term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2025 also unaudited financials up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.43 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.28 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.70 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.53 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.41 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.31 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 22.50 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 21.57 as on June 30, 2025.
