As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 23, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Bangladesh Rating Agency Limited (BDRAL), a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Ltd. (DBSAME) has assigned rating of the Company as "BBB" for long term and "ST-4" for short term along with a Developing outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 and unaudited financials up to December 31, 2025 along with other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The company has further informed that EPS was Tk. (3.64) for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.87 for October-December 2024.
