Trading of shares of FAS Finance & Investment Limited shall remain suspended with effect from today, August 10, 2026 until further notice as Bangladesh Bank has declared the company as non-viable (okarjokar) in accordance with the Bank Resolution Act, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 02-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 30-Jul-2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (5.18) for April-June 2026 as against Tk. (5.37) for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. (10.34) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (9.78) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (0.89) for January-June 2026 as against Tk. (0.73) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. (158.39) as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. (135.34) as on June 30, 2025.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 27.07.2026 to 29.07.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 30.07.2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.
