As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.67 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.85 for January-March 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 2.12 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.10 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 4.44 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.09 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 24.20 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 22.11 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 5:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of total 3,000,000 shares of Genex Infosys PLC held by Nilofar Imam (transferor), a director of the company to City Bank PLC. (transferee) within next 30 working days with effect from February 3, 2026 outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift under Regulation 47(1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.65 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.57 for October-December 2024; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.46 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.25 for July-December 2024. As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of 992,147 shares held in Genex Infosys PLC by Oracle Services Limited, a corporate director of the company to Dhaka Bank PLC. (the transferee) within 30 working days with effect from January 15, 2026 outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift under Regulation 47(1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws. Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of 807,853 shares of Genex Infosys PLC of Mr. Chowdhury Fazle Imam, a director of the company, to Dhaka Bank PLC. (the transferee) within 30 working days with effect from January 15, 2026 outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift under Regulation 47(1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 22.12.2025.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.12.2025.
