National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Developing outlook based on audited financial statements as on December 31, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.71 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.25 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 1.48 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.67 for January-June 2025.
