The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Kazi Mustaid Murshed, FCA, FCCA as the Chairman of the Company.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.86 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.79 for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 2.59 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 2.82 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 2.24 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 5.59 for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 75.83 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 70.53 as on December 31, 2025. NOCFPS decreased due to higher net claims in Q2'2026 compared to Q2'2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 30, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" for short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as of December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
