The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 23, 2026 at 2:45 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Other Information will remain unchanged.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance Entity rating of the Company as "AA2", long term rating "Not applicable" and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on Audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023) and other relevant quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

News of HEIDELBCEM): The company has also requested the concerned brokerage houses to provide statements with the details (members name, BO ID number, client wise shareholding position, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivable) of their margin loan holders, as on record date, to the Company's share office on or before 4 June 2026.
