As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.63 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.14 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.94 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.35 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.12 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.16 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 18.31 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 17.36 as on December 31, 2025. EPS increased due to increase of net profit after tax of the company. NOCFPS decreased due to decrease in premium income and increase in claims payment.

ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) rating of the Company as "AAA" for long term and "ST-1" for short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of financials of the company up to December 31, 2025 (audited), Q1FY26 (un-audited) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 09.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 08.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 04.06.2026 to 07.06.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 08.06.2026.

The Board of Directors has recommended 10% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025. Date of AGM: 06.08.2026, Time: 12:00 PM (noon), Venue/Mode: To be notified through the AGM Notice, Record Date: 08.06.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 1.13, NAV per share of Tk. 17.36 and NOCFPS of Tk. 1.26 for the year ended December 31, 2025 as against Tk. 1.12, Tk. 17.24 and Tk. 0.05 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2024.
