As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.03 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.20 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 2.90 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 3.17 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 14.13 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.94 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 83.66 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 81.90 (Restated) as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 27, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.91 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.01 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 1.76 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.97 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 10.02 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.51) for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 82.52 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 81.90 (Restated) as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviations: EPS has decreased due to increase of raw material prices and cost of goods sold during the period from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. NOCFPS has increased due to higher collections from customers and lower payments to suppliers.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2025.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the rating of the Company as "A2" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (FYE 30/06/2025, 30/06/2024, 30/06/2023), and other relevant qualitative and quantitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
