The company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Md. Abdul Hannan as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from September 07, 2026.

The Company has informed that in accordance to the decision of the Board of Directors of the company and subsequent approval of Bangladesh Bank vide letter dated August 25, 2026, Mr. Mohammed Khorshed Alam has been appointed as the Managing Director of the company with effect from August 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 10-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 09-Aug-2026.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its 378th meeting held on June 25,2026 decided that Mr. Md. Taufikul Hakim, Executive Vice President (the senior-most employee) will hold the current charge of the Managing Director effective from 01 August 2026 to till appointment of new Managing Director.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 03.08.2026 to 06.08.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 09.08.2026.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.06.2026 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 25th AGM will be held in Hybrid System at RAOWA Complex, Eagle Hall, VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka- 1206, Bangladesh.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.87 for April - June 2026 as against Tk. (0.45) for April - June 2025; EPS was Tk. (0.06) for January - June 2026 as against Tk. (1.07) for January - June 2025; NOCFPS was Tk. 0.53 for January - June 2026 as against Tk. 0.08 for January - June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 2.33 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 2.38 as on December 31, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 14, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.
