Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on June 25, 2026 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed that pursuant to the instruction of the Honorable Court, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 27, 2026, has been postponed. The rescheduled date and time of the AGM will be communicated later.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.04 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.78 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 2.06 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.58 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.72 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.06 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 25.75 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 23.62 as on December 31, 2025.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on August 06, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2026 at 3:00 pm as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026 has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 30, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of financials of the company up to December 31, 2025 (audited), Q1FY26 (unaudited) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
