National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "D (Default)" in the long term and "ST-6" in the short term along with Developing outlook based on audited financial statements as on June 30, 2025.

The company has informed that a "Direct Operator Billing for Voucher Sales" (Voucher i.e.- Netflix USA, Google Pay & many more) has been executed between Grameenphone Ltd. and Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited. This agreement is expected to contribute positively to the business operations and revenue generation of the Company.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 4.06 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.03 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 9.89 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 3.69 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 7.00 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.31 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 111.61 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 101.72 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 25, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

Pragati Life Insurance PLC. (where Mr. Tafsir M. Awal and Mr. Tajwar Muhammed Awal are common directors of both Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Ltd. and Pragati Life Insurance PLC.) has expressed its intention to sell 5,200 shares of Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Ltd.

The company has informed that, a "Direct Operator Billing for Voucher Sales" (Voucher i.e. Netflix USA, Google Pay & many more) has been executed between Robi Axiata PLC. and Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited. This agreement is expected to contribute positively to the business operations and revenue generation of the Company.

The company has informed that it has executed a Sales Agent Agreement with Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL), pursuant to which the company has been appointed as the Countrywide Sales Agent for Starlink Satellite Internet Service in Bangladesh. The management expects that this strategic engagement will have a positive impact on the Company's business operations and revenue generation in the coming periods.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 3.10 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.51 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 5.83 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.67 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 6.19 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.49 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 107.55 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 101.72 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.

Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 22.12.2025, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) rejected the review application for issuance of 6% bonus share.
