Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-2" for short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Kohinoor Chemical Co. (Bangladesh) PLC.' instead of 'Kohinoor Chemical Co. (Bangladesh) Limited' with effect from June 03, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 4.18 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 4.14 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 12.28 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 10.39 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 18.01 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 22.70 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 65.27 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 59.24 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Continuation news of KOHINOOR): Reasons for deviation: Net Operating Cash Flow per Share (NOCFPS) has stood at Tk. 11.28 for the period ended on December 31, 2025 against NOCFPS of Tk. 14.35 for same period of the previous year. This variations has occurred due to increase of Inventories compared to same period of previous year. (end)
