Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB3" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025, bank liability position as on December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 22.01.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.01.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 18.01.2026 to 20.01.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 21.01.2026.

The Company has been placed in 'Z' category from existing 'B' category with effect from today i.e., January 04, 2026 according to provision 1(b) of BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/77 dated May 20, 2024 regarding non holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) within the stipulated time frame.

The Stock Brokers and Merchant Bankers are requested to abstain from providing loan facilities to purchase securities of Kattali Textile Limited with effect from today i.e., January 04, 2026 as per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated December 26, 2021.
