(Q3 Un-audited): Basic and Diluted EPS was Tk. 5.23 for July-September 2026 as against Tk. 6.48 for July-September 2025; Basic and Diluted EPS was Tk. 17.78 for January-September 2026 as against Tk. 18.80 for January-September 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 11.67 for January-September 2026 as against Tk. 8.25 for January-September 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 218.08 as on September 30, 2026 and Tk. 210.31 as on December 31, 2025. Reasons for deviation: EPS lower due to COGS impact driven by power and energy price hike, and higher distribution costs. NOCFPS Increased due to higher debtors' collection. NAVPS Due to profit earned during the period partially offset by dividend payout.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 15, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Reasons for deviation: NAVPS increased due to profit earned during the period partially offset by dividend payment. NOCFPS was lower in last year due to higher WPPF payment.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 27, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

NAV per share was Tk. 217.53 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 210.31 as on December 31, 2025. EPS increased due to higher sales supported by lower operating expenses. NOCFPS increased due to higher cash generation from operating activities. NAVPS increased due to profit earned during the period.
