The company has informed that in reference to their letters no. MSML/CMFP-PSI/Q1/20-21 dated November 11, 2020, and MSML/CMFP-PSI/Q1/20-21(2) dated December 6, 2020, regarding the acquisition of a 10-acre industrial plot at the Mirsharai/Feni Economic Zones of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar (currently known as National Special Economic Zone), the company has decided to surrender the said 10-acre industrial plot to the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) considering the current global economic situation and sluggish condition of the textiles sector. The company may seek to acquire an industrial plot at BEZA in the future, following an overall improvement of the economy.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 15.12.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company, which was scheduled to be held on February 24, 2026 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The new date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 08.01.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 07.01.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 04.01.2026 to 06.01.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 07.01.2026.

The Board of Directors has recommended No Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025. (2.57) respectively for the year ended June 30, 2024.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (15.12.2025) following its corporate declaration.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on December 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025.
