(Cont. news of MAKSONSPIN): has decided to surrender the said 10-acre industrial plot to the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) considering the current global economic situation and sluggish condition of the textiles sector. Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 15.12.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company, which was scheduled to be held on February 24, 2026 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
