The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting under LR 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM instead of 5:00 PM to consider, Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended September 30, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended September 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Interim Cash Dividend based on Audited Financial Statements for the three-month period ended June 30, 2026 to the respective shareholders.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to March 31, 2026, also unaudited financials up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 30-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 27-Aug-2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 24.08.2026 to 25.08.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 27.08.2026 for entitlement of Interim Dividend.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2026 to the respective shareholders.

The company has requested the Shareholders to check and update the respective bank account along with routing number, address, mobile number, e-mail address through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the Record Date to receive dividend online through BEFTN system. Concerned Brokerage Houses are requested to provide with a statement with the details (Shareholder name, BO ID number, client-wise shareholding position, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate, and net dividend receivable) of their margin loan holders who hold Company's Shares, as on the Record Date, along with the name of the contact person in this connection, to the Company's Investor/Shareholder Contact by Monday, September 07, 2026 positively to receive the dividend amount. (Q1 Audited): EPS was Tk. 54.12 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 61.77 for April-June 2025; NOCFPS was Tk. 20.28 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 66.73 for April-June 2026. NAV per share was Tk. 146.14 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 92.02 as on March 31, 2026. Reasons for deviation: Earnings Per Share (EPS) has decreased in Q1 FY 2026-27 as compared to Q1 FY 2025-26 due to increase in material price and decrease in finance income. Net Operating Cash Flow Per Share (NOCFPS) has decreased in three-month FY 2026-27 as compared to same period of FY 2025-26 due to higher payment to suppliers. Net Assets Value (NAV) Per Share has increased as at June 30, 2026 as compared to year end FY 2025-26 due to higher retained earnings position.
