As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2026 at 2:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Refer to the earlier news of the company disseminated today i.e October 11, 2026 regarding Credit Rating Result, the Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has submitted revised credit rating information excluding the short-term rating of "ST-2". Other Information will remain unchanged.

Credit Rating Information and Services PLC (CRISL) has assigned the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financials up to December 31, 2025, also unaudited financials up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The company vide its letter dated September 27, 2026 voluntarily informed that they do not know the reason for the unusual price hike of the company's shares.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.10 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.11 for April-June 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.44 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.53 for January-June 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.11 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.12 for January-June 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 22.21 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 21.70 as on December 31, 2025

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

In response to the DSE query dated July 12, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in volume of shares.
