(Q3 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (0.06) for July-September 2026 as against Tk. (1.46) for July-September 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. (6.27) for January-September 2026 as against Tk. (4.72) for January-September 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (2.63) for January-September 2026 as against Tk. 3.38 for January-September 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. (24.93) as on September 30, 2026 and Tk. (18.66) as on December 31, 2025.

The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 25, 2026 at 3:00 pm instead of October 17, 2026 to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

Alpha Credit Rating PLC. has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB+" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statement as on December 31, 2025 and relevant qualitative information till September 23, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 30.08.2026 to 01.09.2026 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 02.09.2026.
