The Company has informed that Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, passed away on 01.03.2026. Her holdings of 18,534 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of her nominee, Mrs. Afroza Khanam (daughter of late Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid), Sponsor of the Company by way of nomination.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rasheed Mymunul Islam as the Acting Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Her holding of 84,247 shares (out of her total holding of 102,781 shares) of the Company will be transmitted to the account of her nominee, Mrs. Afroza Khanam (daughter of late Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid), Sponsor of the Company by way of nomination.

National Credit Ratings Limited has assigned the surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A-" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Developing outlook based on audited financial statements as on June 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Moynul Islam as the Chairman of the Company.
