National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 5:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has informed that Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, passed away on 01.03.2026. Her holding of 1,068,409 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of her nominee, Mrs. Afroza Khanam (daughter of late Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid), Sponsor of the Company by way of nomination.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Moynul Islam as the Chairman of the Company.
