The Board of Directors has recommended 0.10% Cash Dividend to Public Shareholders other than Sponsors and/or Directors for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Sponsors and Directors hold 35,532,594 shares out of the total 115,000,000 shares of the company and Gross Dividend payable to the Public/others Shareholders is Tk. 7,94,674.06. Date of AGM: 13 December 2026, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue/Mode: Hybrid System in Combination of both Physical Presence at "Monno City", Gilondo, Manikganj and online/Digital Platform through the link https://monnofabrics.virtualagmbd.com. Record Date: 17 November 2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 0.02, NAV per share of Tk. 25.39 and NOCFPS of Tk. 1.71 for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against Tk. 0.04, Tk. 25.39 and Tk. 1.36 respectively for the year ended June 30, 2025.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (27.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.02) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.02 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.01 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.09 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 1.38 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.39 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 25.39 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 25.39 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 27, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has further informed that 2,691,688 shares of the Company, held by Late Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid, a Sponsor Director of the Company, have been transmitted to the BO account of her nominee, Mrs. Afroza Khanam (daughter of Late Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid), Sponsor of the Company, by way of nomination, as per the news disseminated by DSE on April 9, 2026.

The Company has informed that Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, passed away on 01.03.2026. Her holding of 2,691,688 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of her nominee, Mrs. Afroza Khanam (daughter of late Mrs. Huron Nahar Rashid), Sponsor of the Company by way of nomination.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Moynul Islam as the Chairman of the Company.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.01 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.04 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.04 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.07 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.65 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.03 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 25.41 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 25.39 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: EPS has decreased for increasing finance cost. NOCFPS has increased due to decrease of electricity bill during the period. The NAV per share has slightly increased due to increase in Current Assets.

The Company has further informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on January 29, 2026 at 3:30 PM instead of earlier declared January 27, 2026 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.
