As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 09, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

Mr. Mustafa Kamal Mohiuddin, Sponsor Director of the company has completed his transfer of 308,640 shares of the company to his spouse Mrs. Dilara Mostafa (General Shareholder of the company) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 22.04.2026.

Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain, Director of the Company has completed his transfer of 277,200 shares to his wife Mrs. Sharmin Sultana Mahua (General Shareholder of the company) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 22.04.2026. Mr. Md. Rezaul Islam, Director of the company has completed his transfer of 369,600 shares of the Company to his wife, Ms. Habiba Aziz Happy, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by DSE on 29.04.2026.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 1.41 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.39 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 3.09 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 3.00 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.26 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. (3.34) for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 41.83 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 39.18 as on June 30, 2025. Reason for Deviation in NOCFPS: NOCFPS increased due to decrease in suppliers payment.

Mr. Md. Rezaul Islam, Director of the company has expressed his intention to transfer 369,600 shares of the Company to his wife, Ms. Habiba Aziz Happy, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2026.

Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain, Director of the company has expressed his intention to transfer 277,200 shares of the company to his spouse Mrs. Sharmin Sultana Mahua (General Shareholder of the company) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and it has also disbursed the Cash Dividend to the respective shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2025.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.74 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.72 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 1.93 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 1.86 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 2.24 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (1.88) for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 46.99 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 45.05 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation of NOCFPS: During the period current liabilities have increased having deferred payment/credit facility from the suppliers and Bank/NBF's. Resultantly, NOCFPS in Q2, 2025 has increased compared to Q2, 2024.
