As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 02, 2026 at 5:30 PM to consider, among others, annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Ex. Professor Dr. M. Tamim as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company in its 797th Board Meeting.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Meghna Petroleum PLC.' instead of 'Meghna Petroleum Limited' with effect from July 07, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 12.92 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 10.24 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 41.51 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 38.06 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 118.61 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 149.31 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 300.02 as on March 31, 2026 and Tk. 278.51 as on June 30, 2025. (Continuation News of MPETROLEUM): NOCFPS has been decreased significantly due to less income generated from customers and less payment made to suppliers, employees which result significantly decrease the Net Cash Generated by Operating Activities (NOCFPS) from previous period.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 14.30 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 15.09 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 28.59 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 27.82 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 110.22 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 158.78 for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 287.10 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 278.51 as on June 30, 2025.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.
