The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its 337th meeting held on August 25, 2026 has decided to raise Tier-II Capital of the Bank amounting to BDT. 5 Billion (Bangladesh Taka Five Billion) through the issuance of Islamic Shariah-compliant/Conventional Sub-ordinated Bond, with a tenor of 7 year, subject to approval of the relevant Regulatory Authorities.

Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.04.2025, the Company has informed that 3,063,632 shares (out of the remaining 3,774,394 shares) held by Late Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, one of the Sponsors of the Company, will also be transmitted to the accounts of his nominees: (i) Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur (Son), a Director of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Munize Manzur (Daughter), a Sponsor of the Company, in equal proportions, with each receiving 50% of the shares.

The Company has informed that Ms. Yasmeen Haque, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, passed away on 06.05.2025. Her holding of 3,686,588 shares (out of her total holding of 4,541,875 shares) of the Company, will be transmitted among her successors in accordance with the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court.

(Q2 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.17 for April-June 2026 as against Tk. 0.29 (restated) for April-June 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.99 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 1.07 (restated) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 54.77 for January-June 2026 as against Tk. 4.72 (restated) for January-June 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 28.16 as on June 30, 2026 and Tk. 28.11 (restated) as on December 31, 2025.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus Shares for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 21.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 18.06.2026.
