The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Nahee Geo Textile Industries Ltd., represented by Mr. Md. Dalowar Hossain, as a Corporate Director of the company. Nahee Geo Textile Industries Ltd. holds 4,984,595 shares, representing 7.29% of the company's total paid-up capital.

The Board of Directors has recommended 2.25% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2026. Date of AGM: 15.12.2026, Time: 9:00 AM, Venue/Mode: Hybrid System (Physical location: Corporate Office at Advanced Noorani Tower (8th Floor), 1/A, Amtoli, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1212). Record Date: 15.11.2026. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 0.71, NAV per share of Tk. 12.55 and NOCFPS of Tk. 0.75 for the year ended June 30, 2026 as against Tk. (7.18), Tk. 11.91 and Tk. (0.54) respectively for the year ended June 30, 2025. Reasons for deviation: EPS increased mainly due to previous year loss incurred for inventory write-off. NAVPS increased due to profit incurred during the year. NOCFPS increased due to reduction in payment for operational activities.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (15.10.2026) following its corporate declaration.

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

In response to the DSE query dated May 24, 2026, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike and increase in volume of shares.

(Q3 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.02 for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.14 for January-March 2025; EPS was Tk. 0.17 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.42 for July 2024-March 2025. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.15 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 0.06 for July 2024-March 2025. NAV per share was Tk. 12.01 as on March 31, 2026, and Tk. 11.91 as on June 30, 2025. Reasons for significant deviation: Earnings per share (EPS) decreased mainly due to an increase in Finance Expenses and Cost of Production. However, NOCFPS increased due to the overall collection from accounts receivable being higher than the previous period. NAV per share increased due to the profit made during the period.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2026.

(Q2 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.08 for October-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.12 for October-December 2024; EPS was Tk. 0.15 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. 0.28 for July-December 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.16 for July-December 2025 as against Tk. (0.53) for July-December 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 11.99 as on December 31, 2025 and Tk. 11.91 as on June 30, 2025. Reason for significant deviation: EPS: Earnings per share decreased mainly due to increase in Finance Expenses & Cost of Production. NAV: NAV increase due to profit made during the period. NOCFPS: NOCFPS decreased due to advance given to suppliers for securing raw-material.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025 to the respective shareholders.
