Dr. Shamim Khan, a Director of the company, has expressed his intention to sell 30,000 shares out of his total holding of 2,280,000 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Public Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within October 29, 2026.

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2026.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 20, 2026 has appointed Mr. Md. Ziaur Rahman as the Company Secretary of the Company.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 to the respective shareholders.

(Q2 Un-audited): As per consolidated life revenue account of the company for April to June, 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) was BDT 2,045.59 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) of BDT 1,690.84 million in the corresponding previous period 2025. Whereas as per consolidated life revenue account of the company for January to June, 2026, excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) (Continuation news of NATLIFEINS): was BDT 837.61 million as against excess of total income over total expenses including claims (surplus) of BDT 2,019.22 million in the corresponding previous period 2025. Accordingly, Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT 71,020.63 million as on June 30, 2026 as against BDT 61,981.23 million as on June 30, 2025 resulting a net increase of BDT 9,039.40 million. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 23.62 as on June 30, 2026 as against Tk. 23.19 as on June 30, 2025.

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on July 20, 2026 at 3:00 pm instead of earlier declared July 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has informed that the Authority of the company has assigned the responsibility of Company Secretary to Mr. Mohammad Nizam Uddin, ACS, with effect from June 28, 2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will resume on 08.06.2026.

Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 07.06.2026.
